Antioxidant CA
This product is white or light yellow powder. Its molecular weight is 544 while melting
point is 180°C. It can be dissolved in solvents such as ethanol, methanol, acetone
and ethyl acetate. This product is a kind of high-effective phenolic antioxidant,
suitable for white or light color resin and rubber products made of PP,
PE, PVC, PA, ABS resin and PS. It possesses excellent property of low volatilization
and heat stability, no discoloring and pollution. The product does decompose
under high temperature processing and can obviously improve the polymer's property
of heat and oxidation resistance. It also can restrain the harmful effect of
copper. It also can be used in cables made of polyolefin and PVC. It shows good
synergistic effect when being used together with DLTDP, DSTDP or ultraviolet absorber.
The general using rate is 0.02-0.5%.
